Norris Mechanical was established in 2013 by founder Dale Norris, who combined his passion for welding and teaching to create a hands-on training facility dedicated to developing skilled welders. The mission of Norris Mechanical, LLC is to serve the Upstate of South Carolina, and beyond, by providing high-quality training that prepares students for successful careers in the welding industry. Norris Mechanical is committed to delivering in-person, practical instruction and technical skills that directly support workforce readiness.
